-Development of Quality Management Systems including mapping of your business processes, writing Quality Manuals & procedures and registration with a recognized authority
-Analysis of current environment and development of controls and/or procedures to improve or enhace company efficiencies, product quality and customer satisfaction. Development of written standards as per company preferences, training for employees and ongoing monitoring of the system’s implementation and effectiveness.
-Internal auditing for quality management systems, i.e. ISO 9001:2000, ISO 14000, Lean Manufacturing, Theory of Constraints, Six Sigma, and other management methodologies
-Development of Pressure Piping QC Manuals (registration requirement in Ontario) and Pressure Vessel Manuals (in compliance with CSA, ASME and NBBI)
-Weld procedures: WPS, PQR, welder tickets
-Welder qualifications: testing, documenting, tracking
-Non-conformance investigations and analysis, including resolution with corrective and preventative measures. Statistical tracking of non conformances and analysis of corrective action effectiveness.
-Generation and auditing of Standard Operating Procedures (SOP’s), templates and record formats
-Employee training & Subcontractor training to company policies, procedures, industry standards, ISO 9001:2000, GMP’s, etc.
-Vendor Evaluation and Tracking, Approved Vendor’s List
